Tuna Banza

Ingredients: 1 Box Banza Shells, 1 Can Tuna, Mayo to taste (can use any whole30 or Paleo alternative)



1. Make the Banza shells, but stop cooking juuuuuust before al dente. They will keep better.

2. Drain tuna.

3. Combine tuna and banza with mayo of your choice and any other seasonings. Go crazy, squeeze a lemon over it. Do you.

4. Eat now or later, it's good hot or cold.
